  Room for rent in 3 bedroom craftsman house

   Starting May 1st, For the low monthly price of $650 (utilities
included, except internet), you can live in a beautiful craftsman house
from 1909 in sunny Pasadena. Just 2 blocks from the Lake Ave Gold Line
station, you can have your very own room (~10x18 foot) in this
spacious, first floor, 3 room, 1 bath appartment. The room is carpeted,
the rest of the house has hardwood floors.
   There are two big (15x15 each) common rooms and a very nice,
pirate-ship looking kitchen with a breakfast nook. Also an awesome
built-in liquor cabinet. Bathroom includes claw-foot tub. Some fun
artwork such as a Mona Lisa made of push pins and a 10 foot tall topo
map of california grace the walls.
   We are two guys Matt, 29, a UCLA astronomy grad student working part
time at Caltech, and Adam, 26, a USC geology grad student. Katy,
another USC geology grad student lives next-door. Our current roommate
is moving in with his girfriend. We are pretty social, like the
occasional dinner party, costume party, etc, so hopefully living here
will be fun too. We are looking for a clean, non-smoker, social,
mid-20-early-30 something, preference for students or postdocs. Rent is
month-to-month.
   We look foreward to hearing from you, I'd like to show it this  
weekend
(April 17-18) if possible, but can arrange other times.
